Kustom Kanine is a specialty store all items are made to order.
Your merchandise will be shipped
within 1-3
business days of receiving your order. Additional shipping time will be
determined by the selected shipping method. If you need your items
sooner, we will do our best to accommodate you.
Since all orders are custom, Kustom
Kanine
cannot guarantee the availability of our products, but we will do our
best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. If you have ordered an
item that is not available or is back-ordered, we will contact you via
email regarding the situation. Orders placed after 3pm EST or during
non-business hours will be processed the next business day.

Status
We will do

if you have an immediate shipping need and we will provide you with an
estimated delivery time. Occasionally, items are backordered. If this

Sizing
and Care
Our
clothes are 100% pre-washed cotton and are designed to be fitted. If
you would like a roomier fit, please order the next larger size. To
keep your clothes looking glam,
wash them inside out and dry low. You may tumble dry, but no heat.

What
materials are used to
produce Kustom Kanine garments?
We use American
Apparel dog t-shirts
which are made of 100% Baby Rib cotton, combed for softness and comfort
cut to avoid doggie mess. These t-shirts have a durable double-stitched
bottom hem and sleeves. We are proud to say that they are made in the
USA and are sweat-shop free.
Our designs are made of either high quality rhinestones, embroidered
appliques, or screen-printed transfers.

Our screen printed designs are soft and flexible. They are applied to the garment with a high
temperature heat press that transfers a durable ink to the garment.

Our embroidered appliques are premium quality patches that are applied to the garment with a high
temperature heat press that strongly adheres the applique to the garment.

Our rhinestone designs are made of high quality rhinestones adhered to
the garment with heat sensitive glue using a high temperature heat press.
Are Kustom Kanine garments machine washable?
Yes, however we recommend washing
the garment inside-out and in cold
water to prevent any changes to the applied design.
We understand that it
may be difficult to
measure your pet to determine the correct size. Please email
us your dog's measurements at sizing@kustomkanine.com
if you are unsure of your canine companion's size.

wrapped in decorative tissue and ribbon.
If you would like us to include a personal message, just let us know at

certificates! Once you have purchased a Kustom
Kanine Gift
Certificate,
you will be issued a PIN to give to a friend or family member. The
lucky recipient can use this PIN to redeem the gift certificate at kustomkanine.com Boutique
during check out. Gift certificates amounts (all or partial) cannot be
redeemed for cash or credit.

Return Policy
Kustom Kanine
stands behind its merchandise and will replace any item that proves
defective under normal circumstances and appropriate care. If you ever
have any problems with the clothing, please give us an opportunity to
fix it.
We
will be glad to make an exchange or credit your account for any items
you are not completely satisfied with. The item(s) must be returned to
Kustom Kanine
within 14 days of the delivery date in unworn and good condition. Ship
prepaid and insured with the package wrapped appropriately. Shipping
and handling is non-refundable.
